Fermentation recipes
Hier vind je twee soorten recepten. Enerzijds zijn er de fermentatie recepten, om zelf aan de slag te gaan met fermentatie. Hierin wordt je stap voor stap uitgelegd hoe je het ferment opstart, wat je eventueel in tussentijd moet doen en wanneer het klaar is. Anderzijds vind je hier onder ook recepten van gerechten waarbij fermenten worden gebruikt zoals bijvoorbeeld gegrilde aubergines met miso karamel.
